Directions: Spray affected area and wash with water. Spray again and let dry. With virulent strains of skin fungus, follow up with spraying with an over the counter fungicide. Do this two or three times per day or as needed.

Disinfect all laundry, bedding, and even chair seats. In extreme cases, baths or foot baths may be required. For a bath, use with a cup of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of sea salt, and a cup of bleach or several tablespoons of hypochlorite as a disinfectant. For a foot bath, use 1/4 cup of vinegar, a half teaspoon of sea salt, and a 1/5 cup of bleach or a teaspoon or hypochlorite (pool shock).

Skin fungus can migrate through clothing onto furniture. Thus, every time you get up from sitting, the chair and chair back must be disinfected with something like Lysol. It also seems to have the capability of migrating up to the bottom of tables or desks, so you'll want to disinfect the underside of your desk and dining room table where your legs are closest in proximity.

Likewise, as you wear your clothing, it too will become infected and a source of reinfection for you. It's recommended to change clothing as needed through out the day and launder with disinfectant.
